Once you hit a specific Strength level, you will have the option to perform a Rebirth. This is something that confuses a lot of players as the instructions are not very clear. That is okay, let's go through this step-by-step!

You cannot Rebirth until you type in "ok" into the white box. Once you do this and hit YES, then you will reset all of your current Strength and Energy to ZERO and your Pets will go through some sort of reset as well.

The confusing part is the Pets line. What this means is every 10 Rebirths, you can save pets from a specific Zone and start with them from the beginning. As an example, if you have 42 Rebirths, you can save and start with Pets from any zone up to the Arcade! It is in your best interest to save an upgraded a set from that specific Zone and start with a significant boost.
